 2.  If desired, new clients can schedule a 15 minute phone conversation with me.  Otherwise, we will schedule an in person intake appointment.  Please allow 2 hours for intake visit. 

 3.  Once scheduled, clients will receive an invite to Charm Health, my medical record system
