Yes, I do take and bill most insurances. I do not, however, bill for acupuncture. Instead I bill for the time we spend together as a physician visit. I am contracted with Medicare, Cigna, Aetna, Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare.
We will spend the first part of any visit discussing what is coming up for you and how to engage with all that comes forth. Next, we will continue this process on the therapy table supporting connections between body, mind and spirit. I place acupuncture needles as gateways of connection. After treatments, we will discuss recommendations for diet, supplements, or practices that can support your healing journey.
If you do not want acupuncture needles, I can activate the acupuncture points using light touch or essential oils.
