Jeff Beck MD

Integrative Medicine:

I have over a decade of experience working with adults and children as a board certified palliative medicine physician and pediatrician. I am a medical acupuncturist trained in Esoteric and 5 Element Acupuncture. I have expertise supporting people through existential and life transitions.

Through much of my adult life, I have struggled with various chronic symptoms; Western Medicine offered many pills and a lot of good intentions but never healing. My own journey has shown me that our symptoms are a window into the needs of our body, mind and soul. The body is intelligent. We are being guided. By listening to my own body, I have experienced the transformative power of individualized, holistic care. The body is an amazing teacher. And yet, symptoms can be so complex. I am here to offer light to the shadows within and bear witness to the challenges that you face. I will help you move to a new vantage point to see your story and symptoms from a wider view. Acupuncture

Each visit I incorporate an esoteric acupuncture treatment pioneered by Dr. Mikio Sankey. www.esotericacupuncture.com. Esoteric acupuncture treatments strengthen our connection to our Inner, Higher Spiritual Heart Center. Sessions balance the body on multiple levels to support healing, transformation, and revelation. Esoteric means hidden. Esoteric acupuncture connects points of the body (with needles, oil, or vibration) in geometric configurations to reveal what is hidden within you. This practice transforms your point of view, state of being, and overall health.

The path of healing is Heart work. I work with individuals of any age, with any diagnosis who are interested in walking their unique, conscious path of unwinding.

Do you work with children?

Children of all ages can benefit from esoteric treatments. Visits can support heart opening, mood stabilization, focus, and attention. I have experience caring for hospitalized children and young adults dealing with many varieties of symptoms, and I worked in a chronic pain clinic supporting teenagers with chronic pain, anxiety and depression.
